The year hasn’t been easy, whether faced with lockdowns, travel or business restrictions we’ve all confronted repeated unforeseen issues this year.

Here at MBIB, we are no different, not only grappling with an insurance market that has hardened considerably, but also confronting a world of risk that has seemingly changed overnight.

I’d like to acknowledge the tireless work of our staff in this extremely challenging environment and thank them for continuing to put our clients first and offering exceptional service. While it would be foolhardy to look at what is happening around the world and think that everything is now back to normal, we are hopeful for the prospect of a brighter 2022.

We’d like to thank all of our clients, suppliers, Master Builders staff and members for their support throughout the year and wish everyone a happy and safe break with their families over Christmas so we can all recharge and reload for a massive 2022.
